      Oh wow, so much.

      But I guess the one that sticks out to me (my interpretation, so please correct me if Im incorrect) is when you explained how the client feels when their not heard and we’re so excited to not only fix their problems but get the sale that ir comes off the wrong way because our agenda over powers the mission.

      i love this! And you can’t be incorrect since this is about what YOU received from what I shared.

      I think it’s powerful to realize that in our efforts to do good, we can actually not hear what our client wants and needs so we can confirm that this is indeed what we provide. ❤️
