   Going back to my WHY moves me to taking action no matter how icky. I just want to move my energy along and serve one soul and getting out of “self-imposed suffering” for nothing.

    Susan McVea Nope. I’m not punishing myself anymore. My WHY is to help women get out of their own social conditioning (negative self-talk, energy, “suffering self-imposed/others)…
    There are always days of hot mess and yet I grow through it. I’m more protective of my energy these days.
